Don E. Lippencott, MSFS
Don has over three decades of experience in the insurance, estate planning and financial services business. Since 1997, he has been a Member Agent of The Nautilus Group®, a resource for estate conservation and business succession ideas that is made available to a limited number of subscribing member agents. The Nautilus Group® is staffed by professionals with credentials in law, taxation, accounting, insurance and finance. Utilizing information provided by the members’ clients, they provide strategies for consideration by the client’s own legal and tax advisors. Clients should consult their own advisors for tax, legal and accounting advice. Don also is an Investment Adviser Representative with Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser. His relationship with Eagle Strategies allows him to provide financial planning services and fee-based investment advice to his clients.
Don has earned numerous industry and company achievements, including Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table*, the National Quality Award, and the 2009, 2011, 2012, and 2013 Agent of the Year of the New York Life Long Island General Office. He is a recognized leader within the Suffolk Country professional financial services community and is a member of the Suffolk County Life Underwriters Association, the National Association of Life Underwriters, and former First Vice President of New York Life’s North East Agencies four times. Don attended Gordon College in Wenham, MA and Stonybrook University in NY. He holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Services from The American College of Financial Services, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He currently serves on the board of NYLARC, NYLIFE’s agent owned reinsurance company, the Mather Hospital Foundation Board and the Board of Theater Three in Port Jefferson. He is also a former Board member of The Nautilus Group®.
George F. Diffendale
George has been in the financial services field since 1987. During this time, George has focused his efforts on providing in-depth planning services with an emphasis on retirement planning, estate planning and asset conservation. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table* and has achieved a variety of accolades, including the National Quality Award, The 2014 Val Ivanov Award, The 2014 Agent of the Year of the New York Life Long Island General Office, and the 2015 New York Life Long Island Achievement Award for Life Production.
After graduating from St. Francis Preparatory High School, George went on to study at St. John’s University, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations in Advertising with a minor in Business. Now residing in St. James, George enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica, and his four children Christian, Paige, Grant and Peyton.
Gail Bryant
Gail is the business and Operations Manager for the firm, responsible for smooth operation of the day-to-day business and seeing the clients get what they need, when they need it. Gail has worked with Don Lippencott since 1991 with experience in the areas of process management, customer service, benefits and insurance. Gail manages the underwriting and services process for clients, and supervises all administrative operations within the company. In addition, Gail provides dynamic cross-function support with our professional resources, Eagle Strategies LCC and The Nautilus Group®, and ensures that all compliance procedures are being implemented.
Dawn Mone
Dawn was hired by Lippencott Financial Group in 2010. Her principle responsibilities are the management of the firm’s group health insurance clients, pension plans, and management of the firm’s client contact initiatives. Dawn is also responsible for the client services related to life and annuity projects.
Dawn resides in Ridge, NY, is married and has two children.
Rose Ann Murray
Rose Ann Murray was hired by Lippencott Financial Group in 2014. Her principal responsibilities are client reception with all of the operations to run the office efficiently. Rose Ann resides in St. James, NY, is married and has three children.
